Why Choose Us
Cancun International Airport is one of the busiest in Latin America, with direct flights from over 60 cities in North America and Europe. Your guests arrive with ease.
The Hotel Zone’s 14-mile stretch of white sand and turquoise water is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful natural settings for an outdoor ceremony in the world.
November through April offers near-perfect weather — sunny skies, warm temperatures, and low humidity. Cancun’s dry season is one of the best wedding seasons in the Americas.
From intimate boutique hotels to sprawling five-star resort complexes, Cancun hosts some of the most celebrated all-inclusive wedding venues in the Caribbean region.
Civil marriages performed in Cancun are recognized internationally. We handle all documentation, translation, and civil registry coordination so you never have to.
A luxury destination wedding in Cancun typically costs 30–50% less than a comparable event in the United States or Western Europe, without sacrificing an ounce of elegance.
Where we celebrate
Our relationships with Cancun’s finest venues mean better availability, better pricing, and a seamless experience from the first site visit to the last dance.
The peak wedding season in Cancun runs from November through April, offering warm temperatures (24–30°C / 75–86°F), minimal rainfall, and low humidity. December through February is particularly popular due to the exceptionally clear skies and calm seas. June through October is the rainy season with occasional hurricanes — we advise against scheduling during this period unless you have a fully covered indoor venue option secured.
Our planning fees vary by service level and event scope. Day-of coordination packages start from approximately $1,500 USD. Full wedding planning for 50–150 guests typically ranges from $4,500–$8,000 USD in planning fees, separate from the total event budget. We are fully transparent from the first conversation — no surprises. Request a free consultation and we will give you a specific quote within 48 hours.
Most all-inclusive resorts in Cancun's Hotel Zone do require a minimum room block as part of the wedding contract, especially for beach access and exclusive venue use. The minimum varies by property — typically 10 to 50 rooms for peak dates. We negotiate these contracts on your behalf and know which resorts offer the most flexibility. For non-resort venues (private villas, cenotes, Isla Mujeres), there are no such requirements.
It depends on the venue. Most all-inclusive resorts in Cancun operate with a preferred or exclusive vendor list, meaning outside vendors (particularly photographers, DJs, and caterers) may be restricted or charged a significant day pass fee. Private villa and cenote venues typically offer full vendor freedom. We advise on this during venue selection and, where resorts allow external vendors, we handle all coordination and access logistics.
For peak season dates (November–April), we recommend booking your planner and venue at least 12–18 months in advance. The most sought-after Cancun beachfront venues book out 18–24 months ahead for prime dates like New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, and US holiday weekends. That said, we have successfully planned beautiful weddings in 90 days — contact us whatever your timeline and we will be honest about what is achievable.
For a legally recognized civil marriage in Cancun, you will typically need: valid passports, certified birth certificates (apostilled and translated into Spanish), blood test results from a Mexican lab (done locally within 15 days of the ceremony), and two adult witnesses. Requirements can vary. We manage this entire process for you — checklists, translations, appointments, and registry coordination — so no detail falls through the cracks.
