Wedding Planner Riviera Maya

The Riviera Maya stretches 130 km of Caribbean coastline — cenotes, jungle lodges, cliffside terraces, and sacred Mayan sites. The most dramatic wedding backdrop on earth.
WHY RIVIERA MAYA?
The Riviera Maya is not a single place — it is a 130-km stretch of extraordinary diversity. Between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, couples find cenote caves, clifftop ocean terraces, private jungle eco-lodges, and ancient Mayan ruins that serve as ceremony backdrops unlike anywhere on earth.
As your wedding planner in Riviera Maya, we bring deep local knowledge of this vast and varied region. We know which cenotes allow private events, which eco-lodges are worth the premium, and how to coordinate weddings that span multiple days across multiple locations.

Riviera maya
No other destination combines Caribbean beach, jungle canopy, underground cenotes, and ancient ruins within an hour’s drive. Your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception can each happen in a completely different world.
Riviera Maya’s eco-lodge and private villa scene offers venues that close entirely for your event — no other guests, no resort pool crowds, just your celebration and the natural world around it.
Sacred Mayan water temples with cathedral ceilings of limestone and emerald light. Cenote ceremonies in Riviera Maya are among the most photographed and emotionally memorable events we have ever produced.
Tulum’s clifftop eco-luxe hotels and jungle venues attract couples seeking something beyond the typical. The aesthetic — organic, candlelit, sustainably luxurious — is impossible to replicate anywhere else.
From a barefoot elopement for two on a private beach to a 300-guest wedding across multiple eco-lodge venues, the Riviera Maya scales with your vision and budget.
Mayan ruins at sunrise, cenote dives, whale shark snorkeling, guided jungle hikes — your guests experience Mexico in its most extraordinary form during the days surrounding your wedding.
Where we celebrate
From Puerto Morelos to Tulum, our venue relationships give you access, better rates, and insider knowledge of which spaces truly deliver.
Riviera Maya is the 130-km coastal region. Playa del Carmen is its most urban hub — vibrant, accessible, with boutique hotels and rooftop venues. Tulum is the southern bohemian-luxury end — clifftop eco-lodges and jungle cenotes. The rest of Riviera Maya — Akumal, Puerto Morelos, Xpu-Ha — offers quieter beach and villa options between the two. We help you choose the right micro-destination based on your aesthetic, guest count, and budget.
Yes — and Riviera Maya is one of the best places in the world for multi-day wedding experiences. Day 1: welcome cenote swim and cocktails. Day 2: ceremony and reception at an eco-lodge. Day 3: morning brunch at a beach venue. We plan and coordinate every element across venues, transfers, and timelines.
Symbolic cenote ceremonies are common and completely manageable — we coordinate all access permits and setup. For a legally recognized wedding, we combine a civil registry ceremony (at a registered venue or town hall) with your cenote celebration, so you get both the legal documentation and the magical setting.
Puerto Morelos is 35 minutes. Playa del Carmen is 55 minutes. Tulum is 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic. We coordinate all airport transfers — private vans, group shuttles, or ADO luxury buses — based on your guest count and arrival times.
November through April is ideal — warm, dry, and consistently clear (24–31°C / 75–88°F). December and January offer the most reliable weather. May through October is hurricane season — not impossible, but we strongly recommend covered or indoor contingency plans and recommend travel insurance for guests.
Most eco-lodges, private villas, and cenotes in Riviera Maya allow external vendors freely. Some premium resort properties have preferred vendor lists with access fees. We clarify all vendor policies before you sign any contract and negotiate open-vendor clauses wherever possible.
